Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, a change-of-mind refund may not always be available once access or downloading has occurred. However, this does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law.

2. Physical Products
Where physical products are available through Creative Tranquillity, your rights and available remedies will depend on the product and the reason for the return.

For digital products that have already been accessed or downloaded, the available options may depend on the circumstances and any applicable consumer rights.
